Ohio Walk N Roll

A couple of weekends ago, we went over to Ohio for a FSMA Walk N Roll! As usual, we had a blast.  Alexander loved being out in his wheelchair, and seeing other kids in wheelchairs.  I always love going to the walk because it is a great feeling to see so many people out supporting SMA. Each year we go, I feel like we make more connections and friends in the SMA community.  This community has been helpful to us in so many ways, and we look forward to many more FSMA events in the future!

I know it has been a LONG time since I have gotten on here to write about Alexander.  I am glad to say that he is doing really well... after a few scares back in Oct and Nov.  We have been extremely busy, but things seem to be settling down a little bit.  I am going to make a real effort to start posting here more.  To keep our friends and family better updated about our little man!  He turned 4 at the end of March, which makes me realize how fast he is growing up.  Alexander has really taken off over the winter... he is talking up a storm and seems to be much more active than he has ever been!  I thought I would start my new postings off with a couple of videos of Alexander singing.  He loves to sing, and I just love listening to him sing.  I truly believe he brightens up this world.  I hope everyone is doing well, and I hope you enjoy our lil man singing!

This video is definitely Alexander's motto! Ever since he saw The Lion King, he sings Hakuna Matata all the time.  I believe this is the perfect song for him.  I know that SMA creates many worries, but we will do anything to keep Alexander WORRY FREE!
